Hello! Thank you so much for your purchase. I want to make sure you can get your resources up and running as smoothly as possible.

Many common issues and questions are answered below. Please take a look —this is the fastest way to find your solution!

File Access & ZIP Folders

Help! I can’t open my file! (How to “Unzip” a ZIP file)

This is the most common issue, and it’s an easy fix! Your purchase is delivered in a .ZIP folder, which you must “unzip” or “extract” first.

PDF File Issues

I see an error like “Destination name is too long” or the PDF seems to be missing.

This is a known issue with how some computers handle .ZIP files. I’ve created a step-by-step blog post with pictures to help you solve this: Click here: How to Resolve PDF Opening Issues in ZIP Folders

My Video Hook Link isn’t working!

This can happen if you have an older version of a resource, as some video links may have broken during our recent website upgrade. But rest assured, I have a free video library on my website where you can stream all the hooks!

Digital Graphic Game Passwords

Where is the password for my digital game?

If your game requires a password, it’s included in your download. You can find it in either of these two places:

  1. On the Google Slide link page, in the table right next to the game link (in the “Password” column).
  2. On the PDF instruction file that came in your .ZIP folder.

I Can’t Find the Answer Key

The answer key is always included inside the main PDF file. It is located directly after all the printable student pages (for example, in the Math Mysteries, it usually starts around page 12-17).

Printing Issues

My file isn’t printing correctly (parts are cut off).

This is almost always a printer setting issue. The TPT help desk has a fantastic, easy-to-follow guide to fix this: Click here: TPT’s File Printing Help Page

How do I find or re-download my TPT purchase?

If you ever lose your download, you can access your purchased files at any time on Teachers Pay Teachers.

  1. Log in to your TPT account.
  2. Go to your “My Account” section.
  3. Click on “My Purchases”.
  4. All your downloads will be listed there, ready to be re-downloaded.

How do I find or re-download my purchases from your website shop?

If you ever lose your download, you can access your purchased files at any time via my website as long as you checked out by creating an account (not guest).

Some Quick Tech Tips in a Nutshell

Common Chromebook Troubleshooting Tip

You can allow or block permissions for a specific site. The site will use its settings instead of the default settings. You can also clear data for a site.
– On your computer, open Chrome.

– Go to a website.

– To the left of the web address, click the icon you see: Lock, Info, or Dangerous

– Click Site settings.

– Change a permission setting. Your changes will automatically save.

I have another common technical issue

TPT has a great general-purpose help page for technical issues. You can find it here: Click here: TPT’s General Technical FAQ

If you have an issue with your purchase (like a duplicate charge or a download failure), you can always contact TPT support directly: Click here: Contact TPT Support

If the purchase issue happened via my website, you will need to email me directly at jjresourcecreations@gmail.com

TPT Easel Access

To clarify, TPT’s Easel platform is a closed system that’s tied directly to purchases made on their website. Because it’s managed by TPT, I’m not able to grant Easel access for sales made outside of their platform.

Still need help?
