Refund & Return Policy

Digital Products Since our products are intangible digital files (PDFs, ZIP files) that are delivered instantly via email, we generally do not offer refunds once the files have been downloaded or accessed.

Exceptions We want you to be happy with your purchase! We may offer a full refund or exchange under the following circumstances:

Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally purchased the same resource twice.
File Issues: The file is corrupt, damaged, or missing content, and we are unable to resolve the issue for you within 48 hours.
Mistaken Purchase: If you have NOT downloaded the file yet, we can issue a refund.

How to Request a Refund To request a refund, please email us at jjresourcecreations@gmail.com with your Order Number and the reason for the request. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours.
