A computer running Windows or macOS.
For Windows Users:
Locate the ZIP Folder: Navigate through your computer’s files and locate the ZIP folder containing the PDF files you’re having trouble opening. Usually, you should be able to find it in your ‘Downloads’ folder. See sample screen shot below.
2. Extract Files: Right-click on the ZIP folder. In the drop-down menu that appears, click on ‘Extract All…’.
Choose Extraction Destination: A dialog box will appear. Here, you can select the location where you want the extracted files to be saved. If you don’t specify a location, the files will be extracted to the same location as the original ZIP folder.
4. Extract: Click on ‘Extract’ to start the extraction process.
5. Access Extracted Files: Once the extraction process is complete, navigate to the location you specified earlier. You should see your PDF files there, ready to be opened without any issues. Select the folder without the zipper. See sample below.
For macOS Users:
Locate the ZIP Folder: Navigate to the location of the ZIP folder on your Mac.
Extract Files: Double-click on the ZIP folder. macOS will automatically extract the contents of the folder into the same location as the original ZIP folder.
Access Extracted Files: Find the extracted files in the same location as the ZIP folder. Your PDF files should now open without any problems.
